This salad dressing is from an Alive magazine. I can’t say we make the exact recipe but it’s a great inspiration for doing something different than my usual balsamic and oil!
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek yogurt i.e. Just drain your yogurt a bit with cheese cloth
- 1/4 Cup Mayo There are some great organic alternatives or make your own!
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1 Zest of lime
- 1 Juice of lime
- 1 Tbsp olive oil Extra virgin or try another oil
- 1/2 Tsp Honey Only 1/2 tsp? 😉
- 1/4 Tsp cumin I'm not sure we have ever measured a spice in 1/4 tsp... maybe be more generous!
- Salt To taste
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro (fresh)

- Combine all ingredients. Whisk. Done!
- This recipe will keep for a couple of days but I wouldn't leave it in the fridge too long. The lime is a nice addition so you'll eat it anyway!
