A great herbal/natural drink for sore throats and flu season.
Here's an all-natural remedy for cold and flu season. It's been an awful flu season in Canada and being pregnant I wasn't allowed to take any medication to get any relief. I drank a lot of this lemon-honey-ginger tea and it definitely helped! I got the recipe off a facebook group called Homesteading/Survivalism and made a couple modifications to the recipe.
