This beet recipe is amazing. It is from Barb’s family! You can use this recipe for beets, carrots, cauliflower or beans.  Beets need to be cooked but the softer vegetables only need to be blanched.

  1. Combine ingredients. Bring slowly to boiling and pour over cooked beets (or carrots) in clean, hot jars and seal.
  2. Process for 15-20 minutes.
