  1. Beat eggs in a bowl and add next 5 ingredients. Mix.
  2. Shape into small balls (approximately 40).
  3. Bake in 375 F (195 C) oven for 20 mins.
  4. For the sauce: mix sugar, first amount of water, vinegar and soya sauce together in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir occasionally.
  5. Mix cornstarch with remaining water, stir into sauce until it boils and thickens.
  6. Add meatballs and serve.
