  1. Line colander with cheese cloth. Use multiple layers (I usually use at least 4). Place colander over a pot or bowl. Add yogurt.
  2. You’ll know you’ve done it right if the liquid draining out is clear.
  3. It’s done when you say it’s done. Usually for frozen yogurt I let it drain about 5 or 6 hours. It just depends what consistency you want.
