Ingredients
  • 2Cups flourUse at least 1 Cup of unbleached white flour. The other cup use what you prefer (whole wheat, rye, etc.)
  • 1Tsp sugar
  • 1/2Tsp Salt
  • 2Tbsp Butter
  • 3/4Cup WaterI use milk or buttermilk instead!
  • ToppingsSalt chunks, sesame, poppy, rosemary, cheese…
Instructions
  1. Combine the flour, sugar, salt and butter in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well blended. Add the water or milk and pulse until you have a soft dough.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dought out about 1/8″ think. Sprink with any toppings you like and roll gently with the rolling pin to help the toppings stick.
  3. Reroll the scraps only as a last resort. More rolling makes the dough tough.
  4. Cut into shapes! Use anything from cookie cutters to a pizza wheel.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. Let cool and place in a sealed container.
