  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C)
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan. Tip: I use cocoa powder instead of flour
  3. In a mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  4. Add eggs and oil, mix well.
  5. Fold in nuts and zucchini and mix until evenly distributed. Pour into prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes. Cool cake completely and frost (I powder the cake with a little icing sugar).
