Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Plain yogurt You can use flavoured yogurt if you like (vanilla/coffee)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 Tsp vanilla
- 2 Cups flour I always use some whole wheat or other type of flour... . Use at least 1 Cup all purpose
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2/3 Cup Cocoa

Instructions
- Place batter in pans.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In electric mixing bowl , mix Chia seeds and yogurt. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla to bowl. Mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Add flour, salt and cocoa.
- Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Do not over bake. These are great when they are still a bit chewey in the centre.
