I have participated in group purchasing from Ravenwood Rach near Caroline. Ravenwood has a large variety of meats to order and they deliver to Calgary if you order enough. The variety packs are also good as then you don’t need to know a lot of meat cuts to order! 😉
So far, the chickens (which are smaller than the Country Lane chickens) have gotten rave reviews. The roasts I treat as a pot roast and cook in a liquid.
The sausages are quite good.
