Chinook Honey is near Okotoks, AB. We buy their giant buckets of honey! It’s wonderful and there are several special honey’s too… Raspberry is my personal favourite. It’s not raspberry flavoured honey but rather honey from bees who are around raspberry bushes.
The store is really cute so it’s worth driving out there at least once. There is also a demonstration hive so you can watch the bees at work.
Along with honey, they have another brand Chinook Arch Meadery. My husband really enjoys the mead and he says it’s fun to go and taste all of the different options. When you are looking for that “local” drink for your next dinner party, it’s a good option!
