Sometimes when we have people over for dinner I get the look of shock or a bit of horror at the amount of flour in our house and the bread/bread like items that I bake. I don’t take any of this to heart as we all have to make our own choices about what we eat and how we eat it. But, it is nice sometimes when you read articles like this one below:
No one in my family is gluten or wheat intolerant. I feel that the grains that I buy, organic and grown in Alberta and Saskatchewan, are a healthy and enjoyable part of our diet. Removing processed foods has been a very good choice for us.
