Sunday was the first canning day of the season! We wanted to get a head start so we made three things:
We cheated a bit as the Canadian strawberries weren’t ready but we had lots of local rhubarb…
A four stove burner limit is the only hurdle we can’t seem to get past. 😉
Can’t wait for the next canning day! Let’s choose another rainy day so that the kitchen doesn’t get as hot.
